We believe in the therapeutic power of art and superior design.
Our ceramics are an original interpretation of the classic amphora, and the originally designed furniture, details and graphics create a unique world of Lava e Sal.
We cooperate with artists who, together with Kasia Sokołowska, the author of the Lava and Sal philosophy, create original interiors, ceramics, graphics and accessories signed with the Lava e Sal brand.
Gosia Herba
– illustrator, author of children’s books, art historian.
For over 15 years she has been dealing with press, book, and commercial illustration. She also designs larger forms related to architecture and interiors. She combines traditional techniques such as crayons, gouache, ink with digital drawing. In her spare time, she paints and embroideries. Her works are published all over the world. She has drawn for The New Yorker, The New York Times, Der Tagesspiegel, The Washington Post, Pentagram, The Atlantic, Penguin Random House and Google.
Olga Milczyńska
– ceramic, artist, craftsman.
She taught ceramics at the School of Form. She graduated, among others, from the Faculty of Ceramics at The Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts, as well as the University of Arts in Poznań. She gained practical knowledge by working in ceramic studios in the United Kingdom, France, Denmark, and South Korea. Since 2015, she has been cooperating with the Pottery Center in Medynia Głogowska. Together with Irina Grishina, she founded August Design Studio in 2016. Co-founder of the Association of Nów. Nowe Rzemiosło. She has participated in many international and national exhibitions, including the Ceramic Biennale in Indonesia (2019) and the Dutch Design Week (2020).
Agnieszka Brzostek
– interior, applied arts and clothing designer.
Creates in the spirit of eclecticism and purism, drawing from the nature of the object and material. Works on comprehensive projects, individually approaching the furnishing of the places she arranges, often filling the interiors with furniture and fabrics of her own design. A graduate of the Academy of Fine Arts in Cracow, she has been running her own interior design studio AB Concept Design for 10 years. Agnieszka is also the artistic director of the Lemoniada Creative Agency.
Agata Serge
– fashion and celebrity photographer, currently living in Europe, working mainly between Warsaw, Paris, Milan, Los Angeles and New York.
She successfully combines commercial work for renowned fashion brands, designers and commercial clients with artistic creation and photography for renowned magazines: Vogue Czechoslovakia, Vogue Turkey, Vogue Portugal, NUMERO NL, Harper's Bazaar TW, InStyle, L'Officiel, Marie Claire and Tatler. In front of her lens stood, among others: Halsey, Christina Aguilera, Lily Reinhart, Dove Cameron, Karolina Kurkova, Mila Jovovich, Paris Jackson, Patrick Schwarzenegger, Dave Franco and Jake Lacy. She has been nominated and awarded many times in prestigious photographic competitions in Europe and around the world.
LΛNGE & LΛNGE
– design studio founded by brothers Aleksander and Gustaw Lange in 2007.
An office operating in the full design spectrum: product design, visual identification, interior design, design consulting, art directions. The LΛNGE & LΛNGE office is closely related to Surf, Snow, Skate, Lifestyle projects.
Anna Szczęsny
– scenographer and designer living in Warsaw.
Runs her own studio that designs and implements conceptual sets for fashion shows, exhibitions, photo sessions and advertising. She worked for such fashion houses as Hermes, Valentino, Magda Butrym. Collaborates with such musicians as Brodka, Dawid Podsiadło, Krzysztof Zalewski, creating scenographic concepts for their tours and albums.
