Water

I can still hear, drink more… especially when I was pregnant and now when I am nursing.

Clever words, but so what if we constantly forget that water is life, and we reach for another “miraculous elixirs” forgetting about another glass that we have just filled.

And although this is “obvious”, it is worth talking about, especially since it is a particularly essential element of this place.

Wondering what the basis of my wellbeing was for me, I realized that it was water. It is a necessary beginning and an inevitable end.

Water is purification, purification is bath, bath is hammam. That is where it all started. Why Lava e Sal and what am I looking for?

My last 25 years were filled with very, even insanely intense work, and in my free time “escaping to the end of the world”. It allowed me to breathe and regenerate, but also to collect impressions, smells, and art. Now that my life has changed so much, when I focus more on here and now, when I have to take care of myself and my loved ones, I want to have my beloved places and fascinations at my fingertips. Hence the place to which I invite you.

Lava e Sal is my wellness philosophy, which I hope you will love. These are rituals that allow you to cleanse yourself, regenerate yourself. It is a hammam in which you can forget about what is outside, rituals that are pleasure, relaxing watsu therapy and massage that gives power. It is water, volcanic ash, salt, and the enveloping smell of incense. This is a space where you can relax and maybe admire something. You are all welcome.
